This property has an outstanding view of Ben lomond to the west which quite often gets a good dumping of snow
The property has been wired throughout when constructed in the 1990s ready for connecting to power which is on the main road, but never was so options are endless really
you could add to the current solar power system and have no power bills and your only runnig costs would be rates about $1000 per year
